article The garden factory at the intersection of Wellington and King streets is being replaced by a new building.

The new building will have an outdoor garden and outdoor seating, and is planned to open in spring 2019.

The plantings are part of a wider development plan, which includes a new shopping centre and a new community centre.

The garden factory has been an important part of Wellington’s history.

The city has always had a strong garden industry.

It started as a small operation in the 1930s.

In the 1950s, it became a large operation, growing the produce of farmers around the area.

In the 1960s, the city bought a number of farms in the area, and in the 1980s it grew its own food.

But in the 1990s, when the market was hit by the global financial crisis, Wellington’s food supply was cut off, and the factory was forced to close.

The factory’s workers now have to walk about 50 kilometres to get to work every day, because the city doesn’t have a rail link.

The new plant will have a large outdoor space, with a large garden and seating area, a small outdoor café and a small parking lot.

The building is expected to open to the public in spring 2020.
