When Winter Garden Opens, You Can Buy Winter Garden Fruit and Vegetables

Winter Garden is opening in St. Louis on Monday.

The garden will feature a variety of fruit and vegetables, including sweet potatoes, squash, strawberries and blueberries, among other varieties.

There are also plans to add strawberries and a variety types of pumpkins.

St. Louis Botanical Garden director of gardening and garden services Mary Pendergast said the garden will be the first to feature pumpkins, a sign of a trend that is expected to continue in the city.

The city has also announced plans to expand the garden’s collection of plants.

The Missouri Botanical Gardens will open Monday at 3 p.m. in the space formerly occupied by the St. Bernard Parish Garden, according to a press release.
